I attended Achim Barth's information seminar on data protection and how it can best be implemented in a company. For me as a layman, it was explained very clearly where the topic of data protection is relevant in everyday working life and what pitfalls and dangers can arise in sometimes banal business processes and result in a data breach.

The seminar "Implementing the GDPR correctly" far exceeded our expectations. Through the use of vivid visualizations, a little humor and concrete examples from practice, an otherwise complicated topic was presented in a way that was both understandable and entertaining. We were particularly impressed by the solution-oriented approach and the clear, application-oriented language that left no questions unanswered. This course is indispensable for anyone who not only wants to learn about the GDPR, but also really wants to understand and implement it.

It is well explained. One can understand it. Also "safe ways" e.g. what can I use, are shown.

I would still find it helpful if the questions from the chat history (which are discussed at the end) could be distributed after the seminar as a FAQ, because there you have again some solutions for what is allowed or forbidden in short words :)

Mr. Barth was a guest speaker on the topic of "DSGVO" for participants of the Q 4.0 network in Hesse. We would like to thank Mr. Barth very much for this lecture. He explained the rather dry topic DSGVO clearly and with many practical examples and answered the questions of the participants. We are so enthusiastic that we are planning a repeat in the 4th quarter of 2022.
