Customer service was great. Even after business hours, calls were still answered and questions in the chat were dealt with quickly. Unfortunately, the result left a lot to be desired: The report contains contradictory sentences in my opinion and it seems as if certain passages in the job reference have been read over. The report therefore seems very generic and not really personalized.

I very much enjoy the job reference assessment. This is clearly structured, understandable and comprehensibly written!
The matching professional draft I sometimes find a bit exuberant, but I'm not from the profession ... There are yes during the negotiations still adjustments, then it fits then already.
With the sample cover letters, I like the choice of soft or hard wording. They are documents that are good to use.
