The Mental Strong seminar led by Hans Wilkens was of a very high quality. At the beginning, Mr. Wilkens picked everyone up and recorded the goals and wishes of all participants and always kept them in mind during the seminar. Various resilience techniques were offered and the science behind stress and reactions to stress were explained in a comprehensible way. There was also always a valuable exchange with all the other participants.

I found the lecturer's explanations/explanations really good and easy to understand (e.g. from everyday situations that everyone knows); in my opinion, the exercises and techniques are mostly suitable for everyday use and concise beliefs have already been memorized after a short time.

The participants were promised feedback by e-mail in a timely manner. So far, no participant has received an e-mail. There should perhaps be better information on how long it could take. We had the screening on a Wednesday and the results were promised for the weekend by "private" e-mail.

I absolutely loved the seminar. It opened my personal eyes to my stress levels. It inspired me to rethink. I will definitely look at the documents several more times and develop my own personal strategy to deal with stress better so that it doesn't come to the big bang at some point and then nothing works anymore. The seminar was very informative and very well organized. The mix of theory and practice was perfect. The exercises in between were very good. I will try to integrate them into my everyday life. Ms. Kleidorfer was very competent and conveyed the content very vividly.

I really enjoyed the in-house seminars "Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) for beginners" with Mr. Buchner and the subsequent seminar BEM für Fortgeschrittene with Mr. Thomas Lang. As a freelance employee of GesundheitsManager and BEM case manager, I received valuable theoretical input on the topics.
