Mr. Koehler is a very pleasant speaker.
He presented everything very well and we were able to rehearse the "real case" using clear examples.
That was very helpful.
Conclusion: it was a very nice day, from which I have taken a lot for myself!

Speech portion of the speaker was too high
Would like to see more participant interaction
Too many models, better to have less and more intensive reference for participants.
Spend more time on topics for change
please use the feedback that participants have already given at the end of the event

I think that you don't want to share many topics publicly, because there are bound to be direct colleagues or colleagues further away. In order to create a trustful space of exchange, an exercise has to come at the beginning, which enables a personal exchange and reduces fears.

We found the coordination and organization on the part of Ms. Noske very positive. Mr. Pape received very good feedback from the participants throughout. Due to his training, he was able to address the topics of the training in great detail and with a lot of expertise and also convinced us with his open and approachable personality. I very much enjoyed the webinar on the topic of operational integration management. The theoretical part of the seminar was designed by Mr. Köhler in an interesting way and he was always open to questions. I found the practical part at the end of the webinar in the form of a role play on an interview in the context of company integration management particularly useful. The detailed feedback from Mr. Köhler on how to conduct the conversation was also very helpful. All in all, it was a well-rounded and successful seminar day.
