Florian Hochenrieder is an impressive leader who knows how to inspire young people for leadership. He is also a great coach and mentor who leaves a positive mark that is directly reflected in results. I got to know and appreciate him as part of his leadership program in Heidelberg.

One of his strengths is his ability to combine theoretical leadership approaches with concrete examples and measurable approaches from real business practice. I would particularly like to emphasize his authentic way of presenting challenging topics clearly and translating them into ingenious recommendations for action.

This enabled me to clearly strengthen and effectively develop my mindset and skillset. Florian not only imparts specialist knowledge, but above all motivates and empowers people to take action and get the right things moving. Quality, efficiency and tangible results are his top priorities. He not only teaches leadership, but also exemplifies leadership.

What a fabulous leadership program. I had the pleasure of attending an intense and excellent mastery course with Florian Hochenrieder with focus on Digital Leadership and Business Development. He delivered the unique content in an innovative and highly engaging manner, using his professional experiences and examples to bring theory to real practical life. With his impactful style, he managed to captivate the attention and engagement of a huge group of 67 and more leaders from various backgrounds and age groups, creating an inspiring and inclusive environment for growth and learning throughout the course.

It was not only his deep expertise that impressed me personally but also his authentic and approachable personality. He strikes a rare balance between professionalism and personal connection, making even complex topics both understandable and directly applicable. His course content clearly distinguished between proven state-of-the-art concepts and outdated inefficient methods. Through vivid examples and real-world cases, Florian Hochenrieder enabled us to understand why certain approaches work while others don’t – and he got us into a productive mode of adapting best practices.

2 days of change management
From the very first moment, Mr. Hochenrieder managed to win over the entire group to the topic of change management. His extraordinary and positive presence as well as his impressive wealth of experience ensured that a high level of motivation and active participation prevailed throughout both seminar days.
No empty phrases, no superficial motivational speeches. Instead, there were practical ideas, real solutions and many moments when I thought: "This is exactly what I can apply directly in my everyday life." Mr. Hochenrieder managed not only to teach change management, but to make it tangible.

It was not just a seminar, but a truly enriching experience. Anyone who has the chance to work with him should definitely take it. An absolute recommendation!
