The staff are very friendly and super helpful.
Mr. Roschlau in particular was very courteous and helped me very quickly. He was quick and easy to reach both by phone and email and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction.

My only request to ERGO My local marketing: it would be nice if you could also use titles such as "spouses" "family" etc. in future, as we mainly have more than one person insured.
