We had some trouble linking our Facebook and Instagram accounts and ran into technical issues several times in the process. Fortunately, Alex Crespo provided us with very dedicated and knowledgeable support.
Although we had to deal with serious issues a total of three times, Alex was always patient, friendly, and solution-oriented. Each time, he thoroughly addressed our concerns, carefully investigated the causes, and did everything in his power to resolve the problems.

I had my welcome session for the BarmeniaGothaer marketing portal with Maren Lang, and I was really very satisfied.

Maren took plenty of time to show me the various options and also addressed my specific goals and ideas. I especially appreciated that the meeting wasn’t just a general introduction to the portal—I was able to walk away with some helpful tips and ideas for my own profile right away.

The consultation was very pleasant, friendly, and professional at the same time. All my questions were answered in detail, and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire conversation.

Afterward, I ran into a rather unusual problem on the website. Maren took care of that right away as well and quickly resolved the issue that very same day. That’s what I remember most positively.

Thank you so much for the great meeting and the truly excellent service—I highly recommend her!

Highly Dedicated and Personalized Service

A big thank you to Ms. Sabrina Dünkel for her truly outstanding support and personal dedication. Even when reorders were supposedly no longer possible, she went out of her way to look for alternatives and actually found solutions for us.

Communication was always prompt, friendly, courteous, and straightforward. I particularly appreciate that instead of simply receiving the response “unfortunately no longer possible,” Ms. Dünkel actively works to see what might still be feasible.

The service is extremely customer-focused, particularly thanks to your outstanding customer service. Mr. Sünkel handled my onboarding with exceptional expertise, technical proficiency, and efficiency. I come from DB AG’s in-person sales division, and we’re used to dealing with call centers, hotlines, or chatbots at most.
