Canceled the contract within the 21-day trial period on 25.3.2024. Received confirmation that I will get my money back. Not transferred back until then. Received no reply to my emails. Letter addressed to the Swiss company address could not be delivered. All highly suspect. I actually fell for Oliver Schacke's nonsense. He doesn't seem to stand behind what he says.

I feel that having all the reviews moderated by the company before they are published undermines the transparency of the reviews and ratings. Realising this as an end user would probably cause me not to trust the platform. I imagine some companies would publish both good and bad reviews but I suspect most would only allow the good ones through.

When a new review is received a profile owner has 72 hours to publish a review. If this is not done then the star rating is removed from the profile and rating seals and any awards received will be hidden. This encourages profile owners to publish negative reviews and enables profile visitors to see at a glance if the business is being transparent.

Full control over the ratings but on the other hand if others also use the system then only the positive ratings come and I think that is not transparent!

This is done for legal reasons and to maintain transparency for consumers. So if you see a profile that only shows the number of reviews, you can see at a glance that the profile owner is not transparent
