Due to my new positioning, I wanted to change the title of my Proven Expert account. Of course, I knew that this would also change the link, but it was important to me to have my account run under my name only. Since there is no way to change this myself, I contacted support and am thrilled to say that after just a few hours everything was taken care of. That's what I call customer service and I'm happy to recommend Proven Expert to others.
