We've been a ProvenExpert customer from the very beginning. Retrieving and managing reviews from other channels works flawlessly. The plugin on our WordPress website also displays the information exactly as it is for Google and other search engines.

I’ve been a ProvenExpert customer for six to seven years, and unfortunately, I’ve become very disappointed.

Over the years, prices have kept going up. At the same time, the scope of services has been reduced: My plan now only allows me to publish 50 reviews. Unless I upgrade to an even more expensive plan, my profile will permanently display that not 100% of the reviews are published. This can give potential customers the impression that negative reviews are being deliberately withheld—even though it’s simply a restriction based on my plan.

The customer support is also particularly frustrating. It’s often difficult to even reach someone by phone. You’re kicked out of the hold queue multiple times before you finally get through to a representative. The call quality is very poor—apparently via a softphone—and in my case, the representatives were not very solution-oriented and not particularly cooperative.

After many years as a loyal customer, I would have expected significantly more appreciation and better service. One star is actually too much for my experience.

The support is simply top-notch—always helpful, quick, and friendly. Keep up the good work!
