Great customer service, Mr. Stephan was always available. Very open and trusting communication.
We particularly liked the fact that the valuation was presented in a well-prepared presentation at the beginning, which gave us the feeling that our property was really valued. In contrast to other estate agents, the valuation was realistic.

The entire support by our realtor was simply terrific. From the first contact to the last handshake after the notary contract, we were incredibly warmly and professionally cared for and advised. All the necessary documents were immediately available, the realtor was able to clarify every open question immediately and mediated optimally between us as buyers and the sellers, so that all parties were always blessed with a good feeling. Also in terms of purchase price, a greater concession was achieved than initially thought. A very big thank you for your great support and advice Mrs. Gräfenstein!! 😀

We were excellently looked after by Mr. Jaschinski. It began with a visit in which from our point of view detailed and competent questions were asked about our house. This resulted in an exposé which we liked very much. Then it went into the marketing. Unfortunately, we wanted to sell our property at a bad time. There were only a few interested parties. Only thanks to the great work and support of Mr. Jaschinski we were able to sell our house on time. He always supported us with good hints and advice. Thus we had a very confidential and professional contact.

Already at the first meeting with Mr. Gleich, his experience and competence became apparent. During the entire cooperation, Mr. Gleich was always very committed and consultative at our side. The market price assessment, the photo shoot, the exposé and viewing appointments were carried out with care and always agreed with us. He was always available for questions and informed us about the current status. The character of a very nice and humorous broker with whom we enjoyed working very much, so that I would rate the commitment of Mr. Gleich as above average and if the opportunity arises, I would hire him again.
