Our estate agent worked very hard for us and made it possible for us to get the property in the end. She had a tough job getting the sellers to the notary and finally managed it. Along the way, she kept us informed for months and gave us context on the current situation. We always had a great relationship and knew she was available for us when we needed her. The entire support by our realtor was simply terrific. From the first contact to the last handshake after the notary contract, we were incredibly warmly and professionally cared for and advised. All the necessary documents were immediately available, the realtor was able to clarify every open question immediately and mediated optimally between us as buyers and the sellers, so that all parties were always blessed with a good feeling.
