We were very satisfied with Ms. Braun. As sellers of a property, we felt we were in good hands with Ms. Braun in every way. Not only did she do a great job, but she also made us feel at ease the entire time. Professionalism and compassion were in perfect harmony. Would we recommend Poll? We already have—long ago. The stars at the beginning really say it all. Warm regards, S.u.P. Fröhlich

What wonderful feedback! Thank you so much for your kind words, the five-star rating, and, above all, for the trust you placed in us during the sale of your property.

We’re especially pleased that you not only felt you were in excellent professional hands with our colleague Olga Braun, but also felt completely at ease with her on a personal level. Because that’s exactly what makes for a successful real estate transaction in our eyes: professionalism, reliability, and the peace of mind that comes from having a trusted partner by your side throughout the entire sales process.

The fact that you’ve already recommended us to others is the greatest compliment we could receive!

We wish you all the very best for the future and would like to thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts!

Warm regards,

I never would have thought that looking for a house could be so stress-free. Thanks to Ariane Gräfenstein, we actually found our dream home by the lake—a single-family home we’ll be moving into soon and are really looking forward to. I’m truly grateful to her for that.

What really stands out in my memory: From the very first contact right through to the key handover, everything was simply friendly and straightforward. We never felt like just a number. Questions were answered quickly, appointments worked out well, and whenever we were unsure about something, Ms. Gräfenstein took the time to help us. That’s exactly how you imagine it should be.

And then, at the key handover, there was even a bottle of wine as a little surprise on top of that—you don’t have to make a gesture like that, but it’s exactly the kind of thing that sticks with you.

In short: highly recommended. The move is still ahead of us, but one thing is already clear: we would go through her again in a heartbeat.

Thank you very much for this wonderful and detailed review. We are delighted that you have found your dream home by the lake and that we were able to accompany you on this special journey.

Finding a new home is a very personal decision. It’s all the more wonderful to read that you felt well taken care of from our first conversation right through to the key handover. Transparent communication, being available, and taking enough time for all your questions are a given for us—so we’re especially pleased that you experienced exactly that in such a positive way.

We’re also delighted that you remember the small token of appreciation we gave you at the key handover. Moments like these are simply part of what we do.

We wish you many happy years in your new home by the lake. Thank you very much for your trust and your wholehearted recommendation. Should you or anyone you know need assistance with real estate matters in the future, we’d be more than happy to assist you at any time.

Mr. Gräfenstein supported us throughout the entire purchase process with exceptional commitment and a high level of expertise. From the first viewing to questions about financing to the notary appointment, he always stood by our side reliably and with great commitment.

VON POLL's exposés are lovingly prepared to a high standard with appealing photos, complete information and a high degree of professionalism. Accordingly, the entire subsequent process ran smoothly, efficiently and in a very pleasant atmosphere.

We not only have Mr. Gräfenstein to thank for the purchase of our dream apartment, but also for his active support in finding an apartment for my mother. Without a doubt, we will only consider VON POLL for future real estate matters.
