He also took our personal situation into consideration during the sale, was cautious and was then able to close the sale quickly in due course. In our search for an apartment for rent in the Pankow area, we had relied on the support of the company Von Poll Immobilien Berlin - Pankow. In the context of the presentation of different objects coming into question we had to do with different coworkers of the broker. All employees were familiar with the respective object they were in charge of and were able to present it in a serious manner. It was very pleasant during our selection process that both telephone and on-site appointments always took place on time. Requests for callbacks on our part were also always complied with promptly. If we were looking for a property in the Pankow area again, we would definitely contact "Von Poll Berlin Pankow" again.
The price / performance ratio was "only" rated as "good", because the really very good performance of the broker, due to the real estate price development of recent years has become significantly more expensive.
