Ich war für 3 Umsetzungstage in Lebach bei 3plus Solutions und bin immer noch ganz begeistert. 3 Jahre lang habe ich mich von einer Website zur nächsten gehangelt, hatte viel Arbeit und war doch nie wirklich zufrieden. Mit Marco, Jessica und Patrick konnte ich gemeinsam brainstormen, große Visionen denken und Systeme entwickeln - und das aus der Energie und Dynamik heraus. Jetzt stehen für mich ein komplette neue und professionelle Website, E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen, neue Videos, digitalisierte Terminbuchung und vieles mehr bereit. Und das Gute ist, dass alles dabei ineinandergreift.
Was aber neben diesen "hard facts" für mich noch viel wichtiger war: das Team hat die ganze Zeit "für mich" gedacht, hat in meine Visionen und Werte hineingespürt und genau das zum Ausdruck gebracht, hat mir Mut gemacht, groß zu denken und mutig zu sein. Die Umsetzungstage sind nicht nur eine Arbeit "am außen", sondern auch Arbeit "am inneren". Danke für die tolle Unterstützung, die Leidenschaft und vor allem für die klasse Atmosphäre - ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

Apple ist ja bekannt für tollen Service - vermutlich haben die Jungs aus Cupertino sich das bei 3plus Solutions abgeschaut ;) - Man merkt, dass bei Euch das ganze Team mit Leidenschaft für Apple dahintersteht, mit denen man fachsimpeln, um Rat fragen oder auch einfach nur gemeinsam über Windows lästern kann. Danke ! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste MacBook - und ich hab Euch gleich auch bei ein paar Unternehmerkollegen empfohlen, die immer noch mit diesen Produkten dieser Firma aus Redmond arbeiten.

Marco und sein Team haben mir in sehr kurzer Zeit meinen Mac besorgt, ihn eingerichtet und gleich mit einer Backup-Lösung versorgt, an der ich schon über ein Jahr selbst gebastelt habe. So habe ich einen neuen Laptop bekommen, den ich nur noch aufklappen musste, um dann sofort losarbeiten zu können. Gleichzeitig habe ich kompetente Antworten auf meine ersten SOS-Apple-Erstnutzungsfragen erhalten.
