4medien has optimized the IT structure in our office in a long-term and sensible way. Ingrained processes were reviewed and replaced by up-to-date solutions. Communication between IT and office staff has been significantly improved by switching from another IT service. Individual, sometimes even very specific, requirements of individuals are also reviewed, discussed and, as far as possible, implemented in a timely manner.

For 4 years now, Martin Forchheim and his top team have been taking care of our IT technology. As a not very IT-savvy person, I am and my own team is especially grateful for the extremely fast and flexible help especially in emergencies. For example, an important offer could be resent after only 30 minutes, although Outlook had been on strike before. For me as an entrepreneur, this is an invaluable asset. Many thanks!

Once again, the 4medien team helped me quickly and without complications and not only restored the performance of my IT system, but improved it considerably. That 4medien, after a thorough analysis of my workflows and system requirements, only recommended upgrading the existing technology instead of a new investment (even though this means a much lower turnover for 4medien) I find remarkable in this day and age. If you are looking for a trustworthy, competent partner for individually tailored and innovative IT and media technology, I can recommend 4medien with full conviction.

The company 4medien is our permanent partner. The employees are friendly, competent and look neat. You get the support you need right away. The IT system house offers customized solutions. We had a warranty case for hardware, which 4medien delivered. 4-media provided replacement and handled the warranty case immediately. We feel we are in good hands and recommend the company!

We hit the bull's eye with 4medien and the team around Martin Forchheim. We were served smartly in the investment planning as well as the implementation of our completely new IT. Especially since we are cross-platform (Windows and Apple) - not everyone can do that. Most of the time, you either get talked into one direction or the other. However, that doesn't work for us and I really enjoyed it from the GF side that Martin Forchheim really really listened. If you want to feel like a customer again, take your technology to 4medien. That is IT competence with a warm welcome and !!! after the sale is the same. A heartfelt thank you for this safe cared for feeling.
