Technician explained thoroughly what was wrong with the garage door. Even showed us a video. He got busy replacing the necessary parts and had it up. I felt the price was reasonable as the opener was old. He did an excellent job.

They did a wonderful job! Very personable and helpful. Went through all features of new opener, and showed me how the wifi feature can be super helpful and tightened up the springs! Seemed like kind real people in the business to help and not just to up sell stuff. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased with the service I received . I called them, they came out to look at the garage and fixed it on the spot. Technician was great and even attended to a few extra things to make sure all was running smoothly. I'm so glad I wasn't disappointed.
