Everything is clearly structured and goal-oriented. It is also worth mentioning that, in addition to initiating the rental agreement, the interests of existing and new tenants are also pleasantly moderated and, if necessary, reliable tradesmen can be arranged for (almost) all areas, who immediately expressed their willingness to perform when Mr. Wolter's name was mentioned. Even if a change of location is not planned in the near future, we have stored the data of A. and H.J. I have been working successfully with Wolter & Partner GbR for 7 years. In urgent matters, availability is ensured even on weekends and vacations. Often their services and activities extend beyond the management contract. In the management of my rented property (Beko accounting, leasing, etc.) and difficult negotiations, I can rely on the employees of Wolter & Partner GbR at any time. Whether remodeling, disruptions or renovation work after e.g. water damage - Wolter & Partner GbR can access a competent pool of companies with all trades.
