Instead of the "usual treatment" with a few tips for exercises at home, the focus here is on interaction with and independent action by the patients right from the start.
There is a service I have never seen before with a wealth of practical tips.
Everyone receives electronic messages with an overview of the treatment plan, appointments including calendar entries and regular reminders, access to very informative websites with a large number of elaborately designed, self-produced videos sorted according to the various body areas, in which normal body function and typical problem cases are explained and a large number of general and specific exercises are shown and explained. This makes the on-site sessions much more effective.
The interaction with clients is very friendly and appointments are made very punctually.
Of course, I also had the impression at previous physiotherapy practices that they knew what they were doing. However, I have never experienced anything as modern and professional as Achilles.

This physiotherapy is a place where you feel comfortable and where pain is taken seriously. Individual needs are taken into account and solutions are sought together. The therapists are incredibly friendly and use humor to make your situation easier. What is particularly great is that they take their time and the practice has an online page where you can learn and do exercises on your own.

At Achilles Physiotherapy, my temporomandibular joint complaints were addressed in particular for the first time, but the therapy still took the big picture into account. The posture analysis right at the beginning of the treatment was particularly impressive. I was also given specific exercises to do at home. Thank you very much!

I particularly liked the holistic approach during the treatment. Not only was the symptom treated (in my case bursitis), but my posture when standing and walking was also addressed in order to prevent further damage. I was also shown practical exercises that I can integrate into my personal sports training. Carolin also gave me lots of useful tips and postures for my everyday life. Nutrition and, for example, podcast recommendations also played a role - an all-encompassing package that was complemented by Carolin's open-minded, approachable and funny manner :) I felt totally at ease and would love to come back to enrich my everyday life and my health!
