The collaboration needs to be highlighted as extremely positive. The team of experts provides us with excellent support in project and knowledge management and they work very well within our interdisciplinary teams. Their expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to the success of our product.

Particularly impressive is also how the entire team works with passion and in close cooperation to achieve the best possible outcome for our customers. They always aim for the best possible solution that is working well with the architecture and development and on the other hand creates a valuable experience for the users.

The cooperation with Ms. Natalie Mörtel and Mr. Leonhard Meusel was very pleasant. Ms. Mörtel guided the ongoing project in the right direction right from the start. Even in difficult situations, they always worked constructively on a solution and implemented it together. Without the professional support of Ms. Mörtel, the goals/implementations achieved so far would not have been possible.

We worked with Mr. Möllerfeld and Ms. Berger on the data management project for advertising consents. Both of them impressed us with their very professional and at the same time very friendly demeanor. They also familiarized themselves deeply with the subject matter, were very structured and Mr. Möllerfeld in particular managed the project perfectly in all facets. He impressed us with his very good stakeholder management, kept an eye on all requirements and interfaces and also provided us with excellent support in terms of content due to the very limited resources available to the project team. We would very much like to work with both of them again.

The cooperation with my contact person at acterience is at the highest level. I would particularly like to emphasize the professional manner and the quick familiarization with topics we are all unfamiliar with. If there are any uncertainties or questions that go deeper into the subject matter, I can always rely on receiving qualified feedback quickly.
On a personal level, too, it's always fun to work on a project together. You always meet as equals and I always look forward to an exchange, as you can always expect added value or at least a nice chat.
If I could make one wish for the future, then I would like to see a little more proactivity in finding solutions - the competence basis for this already exists. More courage to take off completely! :-)

acterience has been supporting us for over a year as agile coaches in the area of SAFe. We were positively impressed by the acteriance team's rapid familiarization and effectiveness. In addition to the organization and moderation of workshops, acteriance also organized the PI Planning for 6 teams and the Inspect & Adapt events. acterience actively drove improvements to the process and was always on hand to advise the team and management on all aspects of agile project management.

A rolling working model ensures that Acterience colleagues are repeatedly replaced by new colleagues during longer projects. However, Acterience always manages to replace them with very good people and to ensure a smooth handover.
As a result, we had a whole series of Acterience colleagues on the job who were invariably an asset to the project and did their work with a high level of commitment and quality.
