Today we were treated very unprofessionally and unpleasantly. Upon entering we were immediately addressed in a terrible tone that a child is strictly forbidden in the clinic. She repeated the same story 3 times as if we were retarded. She kept saying that we had received an email with the clinic's policy, when that is totally not true. I received a health statement 3 times on different dates. Other than that we drove all the way from Delft and it also turns out they gave us the wrong appointment. We came for liposuction and we were scheduled with a doctor for an ear correction. Definitely recommend communication courses. Make sure the front desk staff greets clients as they enter, not just reads out the clinic rules.

Today my sister and I had an appointment for a liposuction consultation, for which we came specially from very far away. My appointment was at 12:40 pm and my sister's at 1 pm. However, upon arrival, I was addressed about eye care instead of liposuction. After I pointed this out, the staff member went to another room to still try to help us. After an hour of waiting, another staff member came and informed us that they could not assist us today. I find this very disappointing and unprofessional. I had heard positive stories about you guys, which was the reason for my consultation. It is frustrating to travel 300 kilometers for something that went wrong because of you guys outrageous.

I had an upper eyelid lift with Dr. Wolff a good 2 weeks ago. On the day of the operation, I had to wait around 45 minutes in the treatment room, equipped with a simple couch, until the procedure finally started. The incisions were marked while I was lying down. That was a matter of about one minute. The nurses chatted incessantly during the operation. The operation itself was not painful at all and was completed in about 20 minutes. I was given another coffee and then I was able to leave. The days afterwards were ok. I had no pain and hardly any swelling. Only the plaster bothered me a little, which meant I could hardly open my eyes. Last week, the stitches were removed by a nurse. It pinched a little because the stitches were a little tight and couldn't be pulled out easily. The doctor himself didn't even look at his work and the result is a disaster. I know that the final result will not be visible for about 4 months, but I have never seen anything like it. The seam is totally crooked and I have a notch in the inner corner of my eye on both sides. It's impossible to explain. I got a second opinion and this specialist is of the opinion that either too much skin was removed or the incision was not made correctly. The suture is also too nasal. It is also very tight when you look up. I strongly assume that this needs to be corrected. But not in this clinic. Confidence is gone.

In June I had lipo sculpting of my abdomen stomach and flanks, I was well taken care of and reassured at intake after a lot of nerves, after the procedure you get counseling.

Swelling went away pretty fast, after a week I started the father lipo massage at Lourdes in Weert.
You have to take into account that you can retain a lot of fluids so drinking and proper nutrition is good advice.
Make sure you have a good faja compression suit, after 2 weeks I put on another faja stage 2.
Am now 4 months on and I notice that my body is still changing, my tip be patient.
I am very satisfied if only I had done this earlier.

I went to Dr. Oded Wolff for an upper eyelid lift a week ago and I already love the results. The procedure was uncomplicated and very pleasant for me. He explained everything to me in detail and informed me about everything in detail during the preliminary consultation. I had a little respect for being awake during the procedure but that was not a problem at all. I had no pain during the procedure or afterwards. The nurses and assistants in the clinic are also very friendly and it was a very pleasant stay. It healed very well after one week and I recommend this clinic 100%.

What more can I say? I could just continue with the praises in the previous reviews from the heart. But I'll keep it short: I'm just thrilled and happy and feel free again. I don't turn away when people meet me on the street to hide my pre-op bags and droopy eyelids. Approaching people cheerfully and in a good mood is my motto now.
I am only annoyed that I hesitated for so long. Definitely a clinic that you can trust without hesitation.

I have now had my second surgery at Acura in Weert.
The first surgery was an eyelid lift with which I was very satisfied. Always friendly contact persons, caring nurses, a very nice recovery room with heated bed and Drs. Pascal is top anyway.
The second operation was four weeks ago and I had my neck tightened at the age of 69.
