This time I was able to work as a conference leader at a training week for arbitration judges at the German Judicial Academy with Al Weckert on the subject of CSF and facial expression resonance. That was a great experience. A particular highlight was that Al Weckert was accompanied and supported by his daughter Naima, a budding young psychologist who, at her young age, already has an astonishing level of standing and knowledge and was always able to liven up the group in a playful way. Both visibly enjoyed working together and were very professional. Al Weckert is obviously not just interested in presenting and sharing his knowledge, he also wants the participants to really understand and retain the content. He is passionate about his topics and is bursting with experience and new ideas. He is a true connoisseur of the subject matter at the cutting edge of science. He never fails to answer the participants' questions. You can also sense his strong inner didactic mission. Varied working methods are effortlessly adapted and applied to the current needs of the group. You could say it was "brain in motion" , interesting, enriching and never boring. The days flew by. I can highly recommend Al Weckert as a speaker.

The working materials in postcard format deserve a special mention, as they are not only incredibly helpful and good food for thought, but also of particularly durable quality.

His training is practice-oriented and he manages to keep the training modules dynamic and entertaining with his spontaneous manner and practical exercises. In his courses, Al Weckert always motivates with the question: "What have you learned from this?" In this way, he not only creates a transfer, but also encourages participants to look at difficult situations in mediation work and take away a learning success.

I enjoyed the weekend! I admit that it was an outstanding experience for me. I am far, very far from having enough confidence in any of the topics addressed to apply them, but just the sensitivity of learning how much is interconnected and that accuracy and the time that accuracy requires is golden, simply helped me muster up courage to clarify. I work in my field not on quantity but on quality and I felt crazy comfortable over the weekend because it was impossible to miss that you were also verve about bringing your passion for the cause to us. Your conviction that it was worth the effort was genuine. When you said that the mediator should take money and leave after the mediation failed, that was fibbing. That would not satisfy you, that is not you. 😄

You made us want to go deeper, you showed us that it is exhausting but can also bring a lot of satisfaction to look closely and then not stop but go on upright. Thank you, Al.

Al Weckert has enormous knowledge and experience, which he knows how to convey in an ingenious way: for example, he combines his GfK and mediation expertise with facial expression resonance, which adds depth to his seminars. Al Weckert attaches great importance to the implementation and application of what he has learned in practice after the training sessions, which I find particularly effective.
His way of imparting knowledge is intelligent, demanding and at the same time entertaining and likeable.

A little more than 3 h ago I left the seminar "Nonviolent Communication" by Al Weckert. I am insanely exhausted, but more satisfied than ever. Al manages to make it clear through his authentic, light manner and the exercises that absolutely everyone is capable of being mindful with herself, her or his counterpart and with words. Theory and practice are usually very far apart - however, through exercises based on our own case studies, he showed us that NVC not only sounds good in theory, but also helps to create a level in every situation where both parties can talk to each other openly and constructively. The course opened doors for me - especially the door to myself. A side effect that I did not expect.
I can recommend this course from the bottom of my heart to anyone and everyone.

I was fortunate to participate in the seminar series "Professional Communication in IT Management", which provides practical support for the topic of "Nonviolent Communication" in the context of complex, sometimes politically motivated conversations.

I participated in the seminar with several of my colleagues. This allowed us to make good use of real situations from our own everyday work and to work out very concrete improvements in our own communication. Al Weckert's many years of experience as a trainer offered enormous added value here. Along the way, we colleagues got to know each other better in a more personal, pleasant way.

In addition, the seminar helped me to develop more awareness and mindfulness on a personal level as well.

I can recommend Al Weckert and his seminars without reservation.

I actually NEVER write reviews, but ALWAYS look at reviews when I buy/book something on the internet, I guess that's how most people do it, SORRY. Al Weckert definitely deserves a feedback. I am glad and very grateful to have attended a total of 13 days over 2 years of the basic and advanced seminar at MD BB, because as an appraiser I have challenging conversations every day. I can now handle difficult situations much better and consequently sleep better. THANK YOU. Al conveys scientific knowledge from Marshall Rosenberg, Dirk Eilert and many more in a practical and understandable way, thus raising my knowledge and at the same time my communication skills and abilities to an unimagined level. I am more balanced because I have become aware that often feelings and needs are not sufficiently recognized and named. This is something that needs to be changed. I am now a certified "empathy professional." His courses are worth the money, that I say from full CONVICTION, without profiting financially from this evaluation. CONTINUE SO

Especially effective and sustainable for me were the many practical exercises and also examples from Al Weckert's practice!
The NVC and mediation techniques became tangible and liveable for me and thus directly applicable in my job and everyday life!
