I can recommend Mr. Brossard without any worries. Namely, we wanted to buy a house, for which we needed financing. I have spoken with ~15 different consultants. What had distinguished him from others, was first of all the low interest rates that he could offer in comparison. This allows you to leave out 80% of the financing proposals right away, because for large sums even a 0.05% makes a big difference, which was even in the 0.50% range for us. Those, which could give like Mr. Brossard a similar interest, were not however always attainable like Mr. Brossard. He always explained everything from the beginning to the end, was always available, and for me the most important, always honest. So things were not talked up so that he gets the commission (with other consultants you quickly noticed, because they have made pressure.) Ultimately, the advice was top, fair and honest.
