I got to know Mr. Höning as a trainer in the course of my REFA training 2.0 and 4.0. At the same time, Mr. Höning was working in my former company as an external project manager on the topic of work organization and optimization. What was very good about this training was that it took place within my company at the time, which meant that the training content could be tailored to the needs of the company in addition to the general training. Mr. Höning conveyed the contents in such a way that what was learned theoretically could be applied immediately in practice. He is a person who always takes a strategic approach and shares and passes on his knowledge and experience. Through his well-founded statements and his realistic assessment, he drives projects purposefully to success. He is always honest in his statements and does not mince words with his clients when it is important for the project or the success of the company. Throughout our entire time working together, he has always been reliable and has kept both appointments and his word. Even project deadlines in the company could always be met due to his constructive way of working. Due to his versatile knowledge and his energy, Mr. Höning was also committed to the company beyond the scope of his assignment.
Only through his personal commitment was it possible for me to continue and successfully complete the REFA training I had already started, even after my employment was terminated for corona reasons (collapse of the sales market).
During the training I benefited not only from his technical knowledge but also from Mr. Höning's very good knowledge of human nature. His far-sighted and human nature made working with him a very pleasant experience and I was able to learn a lot from him.
