Unfortunately, I cannot assess the agency in detail. Because since Mr. Mattheis took over the agency, I had no contact. Also I do not know him. The only thing I can judge is that I am written to in the mails with my old name instead of my current one. This is a bit unfortunate but not tragic. So I am only positively satisfied with the service of Marcus Mattheis, really immediately everything is done there no matter how short notice you come with the worry problems, always a smile and really friendly very helpful! So I would honestly say if there was the golden thumb I would give it immediately to Mr. Mattheis! I hope he stays with us for a long time the service is without question the hammer 👍👍👍!!!
