Our service: four steps to the ideal result
Stage 1: Recording and discussion of the "basis for consulting".
After we have introduced ourselves to you on the basis of our "initial information", we discuss with you your personal wishes and goals, what is important and unimportant to you, and the specific topics on which you would like advice. We record your information in writing as a basis for further consultation.
Stage 2: We develop solution concepts and alternatives.
We provide you with an analysis for all areas that are important to you personally and work out a tailor-made solution concept for you. For your already existing insurances we offer you individual comparative offers.
Stage 3: We present your personal concept to you.
In a second personal meeting, we present you with the solutions we have created to optimize your care and insurance coverage in terms of price-performance ratio. If you agree with our proposals, you commission us with the representation of your interests via the "brokerage contract" or, if applicable, via the "brokerage power of attorney".
Stage 4: Ongoing support
Through ongoing support, we keep your contracts constantly up to date and inform you about legal and contractual changes and improvements. Of course, if you wish, we will also accompany your family members in all areas of insurance.
