Our son (9 months) only slept with us in the double bed, woke up several times during the night and rolled all over the bed. This was not only exhausting for us and robbed us of sleep, but our son was also very unbalanced during the day. At first we were skeptical as to whether a sleep coach could really help us. But
from the first conversation, Anne-Katrin gave us a good feeling and the confidence that our son would soon be sleeping in his own bed, in his own room. After just a few small changes and 4 weeks later, our son was sleeping through the night in his own bed, in his own room (!!). It takes about 5 minutes to put him to sleep. We have our good sleep back and our son is much more relaxed during the day. We can recommend Anne-Katrin without reservation! With her coaching she not only gave us back our sleep, but also a great and relaxed family life.

I would like to share our experience with Anne-Katrin because she really was a lifesaver for us. Our son (9 months, highly sensitive) could only fall asleep with an exercise ball, woke up screaming every hour at night and was completely overtired. We were at the end of our tether - physically and mentally.

Anne-Katrin picked us up with her loving, empathetic manner. She immediately understood how extreme our situation was and drew up an individual plan for us. She guided us step by step, always with new ideas and so much understanding.

Anne-Katrin listened carefully to our situation, asked about every detail and gave us very helpful little tips that really helped with our little one. The starting point was breastfeeding 3 times a night and sometimes up to 2 hours awake at night. After the coaching, our little one slept through the night from 8 pm until at least 6 am. And our little one has changed this herself thanks to Anne-Katrin's little tips for change. Even my husband (a skeptic at the beginning) says that it was worth booking the coaching.

What was I particularly happy with? Clearly with the result 😍 My little one wanted to drink very often at night. 8x was 'normal', usually even more often. Now it's the case that my little one usually drinks twice. (Approx. 22⁰⁰/22³⁰ and approx. 4⁰⁰⁰) He's just had an infection (cold/cough/fever - really bad), but even then the nights aren't as bad as before. Falling asleep is very relaxed for us. He needs about 10-15 minutes. He even falls asleep on his own and is very quiet (video baby monitor). Before, falling asleep was very time-consuming - often 1 hour, whether during daytime sleep or in the evening. Sleeping during the day was also very stressful for me. After a very stressful night, he usually only slept twice and that for 45 minutes. This has also improved a lot. Today, for example, 2x 1.5 hours and 2 hours. ) During this time, you can also get a lot done around the house or have time to put your feet up 😍 There was really no free time, I was behind everyone. Now I really have time again for my 2 big ones, my husband and even friends 😅😍 THANK YOU dear Anne-Katrin for your help, your encouraging words when I was despairing and your support on the way to QUALITY OF LIFE 🫶😍

She gave me the plan and that's how I did it, she took away my insecurities and showed me clear goals. I was really skeptical at the beginning but my son has learned to calm himself down and sleep better. It worked and we are very grateful and happy!

We always had catastrophic nights with our little one, coming to the breast every 20-30 minutes at night or every time she slept and breastfeeding for another hour was already the norm here. Now our little mouse falls asleep in her bed, without breastfeeding and also with dad, without crying AND sleeps through almost every night or wakes up at most once so that dad can also calm her down and the little one continues to sleep 🥰 The difference to before is hard to put into words. We would definitely do it again and again 🫶💐

We simply didn't know what to do next. We were really at the end of our tether and totally helpless. We had tried everything and got nowhere. Our daughter woke up every 2 hours every night and wanted to drink. This had been going on for over a year now. All attempts to calm her down in other ways failed.
It was only when Anne-Katrin took us by the hand and showed us ways and possibilities that everything suddenly changed very quickly. We would never have thought that this was possible. We had actually stopped believing that things could improve. And then it was so much better after just 2 weeks. We are really so grateful to Anne-Katrin. We were particularly pleased that we always had the feeling that she wasn't following textbook advice, but that we were always looking at the situation to see what needed to be done. She gave us a lot of confidence, which is why we approached every step with self-assurance. We were impressed and in disbelief at how quickly we started to see results. Anne-Katrin is very personable and we felt very comfortable despite our initial concerns. She is very empathetic and our only regret is that we didn't do the coaching earlier.

Sleep coaching didn't help us personally. We booked a group coaching session. There were four online appointments, an average of 75 minutes per appointment. We discussed beforehand that I would not attend several appointments in person because the time didn't suit me. After Anne-Katrin assured me that it would be enough to listen to the coaching afterwards, I still wanted to give it a try. I have to say that in hindsight I felt differently. I was only able to attend the third appointment and my "case" was only really dealt with there. Which is of course logical, but I had hoped that things would work out differently. Even after the previous consultation. Then it felt like I didn't really learn anything new. I had already described on the phone what I had already tried, but in the end I just tried again and it didn't work out again. However, we had also done a lot of work on the subject of sleep beforehand, as we, or rather I, were in a really bad sleep situation. But the information I got for a lot of money was something I'd already looked up myself beforehand. We didn't get the insider tip we were hoping for. We really stuck with it and tried it for weeks, but nothing helped. But I also have to say that I would have been annoyed if I hadn't tried it. Unfortunately, it was a lot of money for nothing in the end. Weeks later, the only thing that helped us was weaning.

Anne dealt with our problems and concerns in a very empathetic and professional manner.
We are grateful to her that our two children now find it much easier and more relaxed to sleep.

Thanks to Anne-Katrin, we can finally go about our daily lives again without being completely exhausted. We turned to her in desperation because our son woke up up to 10 times at night and hardly slept at all during the day. Anne-Katrin brought us step by step to our goal over the weeks, and now we are at twice a night, which is completely age-appropriate. We are very grateful for that. Our son is now also much more balanced and a very happy child. We would always recommend the consultation and have already been annoyed that we didn't do it with our first son, who slept just as terribly.

We already booked a seminar from Anne in August 08/22 which opened our eyes and gave us lots of ideas.
After that I signed up for the VIP Club to get longer term advice. It was the best thing I could have done.

I was particularly satisfied with the new knowledge about the sleep cycles of small children and with the fact that I was told exact and very individual steps for action and was able to implement them very well, and that I got help at any time with problems and above all that I was taken away the fear of trying something new, everything was really great.
