I had the pleasure of attending this wonderful yoga retreat 'Spring Awakening' with the lovely Annika and it was simply amazing! Annika is an experienced and insightful yoga instructor with a very melodious voice. The yoga classes offer a perfect balance between clarity and variety while being harmonious to the music. The variation of classes allowed both beginners and advanced practitioners to deepen and develop their yoga. The hotel rooms were comfortable and cozy, with a great view of the forest. The food was delicious and the staff extremely friendly. In addition, the retreat offered a healthy amount of me-time due to the excellent location by the North Sea, which could be spent freely and without peer pressure thanks to Annika's suggestions and 'snacks'. All in all, I can only warmly recommend this yoga retreat. It was a time that invigorated and refreshed me and that I always look back on with pleasure.

Wow - what a great yoga retreat! All the yoga sessions were different and filled with lovely surprise moments. The morning meditation sessions on the terrace were also sooooo beautiful and inspiring (even though I'm a late riser ;-)). You could really wind down and shake off the stress of everyday life.
Thank you so much for the wonderful time out with you and the other participants in St. Peter-Ording. I can recommend it 100% and will definitely sign up for a retreat again.

Anni's yoga retreat in Sankt Peter Ording was so wonderful 🤍 From the welcome to the farewell, I felt absolutely at ease and was able to switch off completely. We started the first yoga class in the morning with a meditation on the terrace and enjoyed the view of the sea with a warm cup of tea. Anni always finds such great words that inspire you and make you think. The yoga sessions were both relaxing and dynamic, the perfect mix and something for everyone. Throughout the day, Anni gave me great suggestions, meditations via voice message and small tasks that I discussed with my friend while walking on the beach - totally inspiring. We had such wonderful conversations over dinner together in the evening. The weekend was just so good, a perfect balance to everyday life. Sauna, beach, yoga, great company, but also enough me time to really switch off. I will definitely be back and can recommend a retreat with Anni to everyone. I can't get enough of Anni's yoga sessions anyway ❤️

Dear Annika, the yoga retreat in St. Peter Ording was wonderful! The yoga sessions were sometimes very relaxing and sometimes quite strenuous (meant positively 😁), the meditations and especially the savasana were amazing. Beautiful atmosphere, energy and great rooms. I'm taking some more energy and joy home with me. Thank you 💚

I can highly recommend the Breathe&Relax yoga retreat with Annika. She guided me and the group wonderfully through the yoga classes and I felt well looked after in her retreat. The room, the music and Annika's beautiful yoga flows combined to create an all-round wonderful break from everyday life.

I enjoy taking regular breaks from everyday life on my yoga mat and simply love Anni's style. Whether in the dynamic Vinyasa or the calm Yin, I leave the studio with a smile after every class and am happy to have done yoga with Anni, especially on the days when the sofa has beckoned. It's always nice to challenge your own balance and to be challenged and reminded to smile.
I find it particularly exciting how my own view of performance and ego has changed. Thank you Anni :) I grow with every lesson

Annika asked me exactly the right questions at the right moment and helped me a lot to go my way. The sessions with her were very pleasant and also the exchange beyond that was always very appreciative and motivating. Even if my topic is clarified for me for the time being, I am happy to know Annika at my side for further challenges and look forward to more eye-opening moments :)

I participated in a group coaching with Annika on the topic of (in her own words;) "Self-employment or not - and if yes: how?". Annika is an eloquent, approachable, empathic and convincing coach. She has a very good sense for the (composition of the) group and the potential individual questions and problems of the participants.
The fact that we met personally at the end of the program for a 1:1 walk & talk was my personal highlight. We had the opportunity to go into topics again individually and to deepen them.
What I particularly appreciate about Annika is that she opens up the space to also talk about sensitive topics and that these are treated in an appreciative and mindful way. Thank you, Annika - also for your puff aka patience ;-) !

I have known Anni for a long time and am absolutely convinced of her qualities as a coach. Here I immediately felt understood and in good hands. That's why I didn't hesitate for long when she came around the corner with the group coaching on the topic of self-employment, as this had been on my mind for a while, but I didn't know how to start dealing with it. Anni had a very good feeling for the group structure and designed the individual sessions competently, authentically, varied and informative and provided various documents and tools. The content was well chosen and sensibly structured, so that one could gain a good overview of this broad field. We participants were able to shape the content at any time and there was a lot of room for exchange among each other. Anni did not spare any reports on her own experiences with self-employment, which made it much more tangible for me. The program was rounded off by a 1:1 with Anni, from which I left almost bubbling over with impulses, ideas and plans. I would immediately participate in a group coaching again and I am very excited to see what else Anni comes up with. :)

"Start your own thing" - YES! This was exactly my wish when I saw Annika's offer for her course on how to become (partially) self-employed. I already know Annika as a coach and therefore knew that the input and also her personal stories (also about what went wrong once) are exactly what I need. Over several weeks, the course delivered everything it takes to start thinking about your own business or even go straight into implementation. No matter where you stand, the sessions are always valuable. In addition, Annika's very authentic and empathic way, so that the course is not "off the shelf" but also takes into account personal issues and wishes. The invited guests, who reported on their journey to self-employment, were a special highlight as well as the 1:1 coaching, in which especially doubts about one's own value and path can be eliminated. Great recommendation!

I can highly recommend this program to anyone who is concerned with the topic of founding a company. All topics are of great relevance and are very well researched. Annika always came to the group coaching sessions very well prepared, actively involved the participants and kept to the allotted time. She gave me very good food for thought and tools with which I can work on my own further development. Annika has a very pleasant voice and remains authentic and open in appointments - she shares from her own experiences and encourages self-reflection and sharing of thoughts. Especially in one-on-one coaching, Annika is super and responded to my individual needs as she quickly understood my situation. Anni has the wonderful ability to create a space in her yoga classes where I can be myself and let go. I knew that even before I stood on her mat for the first time. With her radiance, her open, pleasant and calm manner, her humor and creative interpretation of the theme of the respective lesson, she picks me up every time, so that I can forget everything around me. For this I am only too happy to keep my calendar free so that I can check in at "Annika Island" as often as possible. This way I do something good for my body, mind and soul and always experience a new yoga miracle. Thank you so much, dear Anni, for your great energy and the beautiful (emotional) moments on the yoga mat.

I had my very first yoga class with Anni and was blown away afterwards. In the meantime, I can't imagine doing without the weekly sessions and I look forward to it every time it's time again. Apart from the great yoga practice, Anni has an incredibly calming effect and always finds the right words to make you feel positive again after a stressful day and to give you courage. In her classes I find my focus and inner peace again. I can heartily recommend Anni!

Annika helped me with a difficult decision to find the path for me, which I really want to go. She took me by the hand and wonderfully explained the tools she used for this and in the end we also found a decision. I am extremely satisfied with this to this day. Working with Annika was very pleasant, calm and solution-oriented. The whole time I felt comfortable and even with things that I was perhaps uncomfortable to talk about, Annika approached the matter with me in a non-judgmental way. I can recommend coaching with Annika to anyone who can't see the forest for the trees and needs some help to sort themselves out, but also to someone who doesn't know where they stand and what they have to offer.

A yoga class with heart to feel good!
Yoga with Annika is the perfect balance after a stressful day. Her pleasantly lush voice lets me dive into the flow and swing along. Especially the mix of challenging movements and relaxing asanas always grounds me. Anyone who wants to do something good for themselves is in good hands there :)

I met Annika at a time when my thought confetti (as Annika affectionately calls it ;-)) had completely taken over me and my to-do's were piling up like a mountain and successes were waiting to happen. With the help of Annika I was able to quickly sort and prioritize all my thoughts and wishes, so that I could focus my energy and work through the first tasks. In addition, it is now possible for me to think about new goals, which are gradually coming together like puzzle pieces through our conversations. In our appointments Annika is always an honest and authentic interlocutor who manages to put problems and thoughts into a new and neutral context and to encourage me positively. Even outside of the official sessions, Annika always offers her support. Sorting confetti and developing further is also incredibly fun with Annika. Absolute recommendation!
