I like to share my experience about Arne. His concept is not only about nutrition and exercise. They are very good and interesting conversations. It is the lived motivation, the suggestions and experiences from Arne and also from the group that help me to find and go my new way. The goal (or my goal) is to put myself, for myself and my loved ones, first, in addition to weight loss and fit well-being. If I can do that, everyone will have more and longer fun with me. For the first two goals, a colorful and delicious diet, a little more exercise and good sleep. For the other goal, I'll just call it "me," I think I'll change my mindset and focus. For me and most of us, the company or work comes first, then our partner, then the kids, and then yourself. That's what needs to change. I believe that only then will I be able to permanently achieve the first two goals.
After ten weeks, with the support of Arne, I have achieved the first small successes (finally under 100 kg again and significantly less belly) with a lot of joy and with real genuine pleasure (and without hunger). I look forward to the coming time.
