We had Mr. Bott from Artus Oberflächeninstandsetzung in the house today to repair edge damage to our new ceramic kitchen worktop.
We were impressed by the result. Mr. Bott impressed us in all respects: competence, friendliness, reliability. The broken edge was repaired by Mr. Bott in such a way that you can no longer distinguish the repaired edge from the original worktop edge, even on the closest inspection.
All-round perfect service from Artus from 85416 Langenbach: from scheduling to implementation and acceptance.
German craftsmanship, which unfortunately is not often found these days. Therefore 5 stars to Mr. Bott, 5 stars to Artus. 5 stars also to our kitchen supplier Grimm Möbelwerkstätten in 91478 Ulsenheim, Mr. Helm. Also the salesman Mr. Lorenz and Mr. Helm as project manager have done an excellent job with excellent service, highest quality, competence and reliability.

The specialist, Mr. Stieglbauer, arrived on time despite the long journey, explained the procedure and took the time to repair the damaged area to the highest quality. On a very positive note, I would like to say that sufficient time was allowed for the employees. I hope not, but if I do, I will use the services of ARTUS again.

I am totally thrilled! ... and was initially so unhappy that a piece of my new ceramic worktop actually broke.
I could never have imagined that anything could break off and certainly not that it could be repaired properly. However, the really sensationally friendly service employee from Artos proved me wrong. He is obviously also an expert, because he did a really great job repairing my panel. Of course, it's not a new disk, but a repair. But in my, very picky, opinion, it doesn't get any better. With the right amount of sunlight, you can still see it, but depending on the lighting conditions and a little distance, it's hardly noticeable.
