The lock, or rather a long screw, had come loose. We managed to get into the apartment with a lot of effort and a lot of dexterity. To make sure everything worked, we called the ASD locksmith after two other locksmiths were unavailable. (20.04.2024) After 45 minutes he was there, and after another 20 minutes everything was ready for the agreed almost 50€. It was all very nice, competent and with a good feeling for us. Can be recommended at any time.
