After we have locked ourselves out and have tried without success to drill the lock, we have called the locksmith from ASD. We were afraid that it would cost several hundred euros. We just broke everything and then the nice man from the locksmith comes and opens the door in a few seconds and it would have been nothing broken. He also helped to install the new lock we had and did not charge anything extra. It stayed at the advertised 49,50€. And that on a Sunday at 18:30! Thank you for the fast competent help always gladly again!

After the shock of being locked out, a very great experience. You rarely find customer service like this in our city. Simply poower, really! Absolutely friendly staff, moreover, it took less than 20 minutes until someone was at the door & that in the middle of the night from Sunday to Monday, after I had spent 30 minutes on hold in the Haspa Joker Schlüsselnotdienst hotline.... 🙄 and then you are just even cheaper, heavy! Was skeptical at first when I read fixed price 49.50, 20 to 30 minutes on site, no hidden costs, but Nope, no trick there.... It was almost easier to contact you guys than to lock myself out.... *haha

I unfortunately locked myself out of my apartment and had to call the emergency service on a Saturday.
The gentleman on the phone was incredibly friendly, on site within a very short time and immediately opened the door again.
The price-performance ratio is more than justified and leaves other services that would take more than 100€, very bad!!!
It really could not have gone better, thank you very much!
Always happy to come back and will definitely recommend ASD.
