I became aware of Ms. Trachsel through her podcast. This gave me a very good impression of her, which was quickly confirmed in the free preliminary interview, which already contained many helpful tips. Ms. Trachsel then made time for me at very short notice and prepared me for the assessment in the best possible way in a kind of crash course due to my time constraints. I couldn't have been in more professional hands. Ms. Trachsel is a complete professional, wastes no time and reflects every statement and gesture and possible interpretations in real time, as in the assessment, objectively, clearly and concisely. Now that I don't know how it turned out, I wish I had found her sooner. One thing is clear: without her, it would have been a complete disaster for me. I would definitely recommend her coaching to anyone and everyone.

Thanks to your help, I was able to go into the assessment center well prepared and confident, and was prepared for almost all of the content. Your assessment of the schedule, which was not communicated to me in advance, almost exactly mirrored the actual schedule.

The content of your podcast already contained a lot of valuable information.
