I had several brokers, but since the first one left the company, I was assigned a new broker. With her, the chemistry was right on both sides, so I felt very well looked after. She always had an open ear and worked really well with me despite the distance. This was done by phone and email. I would hire her again at any time!

The cooperation with Ms. Krüsselsberg was extremely pleasant. She was represented by her colleague Mr. Agfolterer during her vacation, without communication or other cooperation suffering in any way. I was very well informed and advised, especially by Ms. Krüsselsberg from Assvor. Ms. K. had spontaneous ideas about who might be interested in my garden apartment from her database of potential buyers, and the presentation of my apartment on the Internet and in an Assvor brochure was great thanks to her presentation and support. She was always available for me and ready to provide information.
My apartment was bought overnight by the 3rd prospective buyer. Ms. K. was so right about the price of the apartment, which was of course agreed with me, that it was fully accepted.

Everything was just right. Pro-active commitment to our advantage. Excellent market knowledge. Even activities that were not directly related to the closing of the sale were handled without our request (e.g. presence at the notary appointment). We were also very satisfied with the buyer. A large part of the closing process can only be done with his consent. The chemistry was a perfect match. This factor is not unimportant.

This is the first time I have worked with ASSVOR Immobilien and in conclusion I can say that I am very satisfied with the work of the staff especially with Mr. Pitang, by whom I was mainly attended.
I have already worked with several brokers and I must say that the entire process from the evaluation of the property to the sales process to the notary appointment at ASSVOR Immobilien was the best I have experienced so far: professional, very committed and always friendly . . . top. The staff is also willing to go the "extra mile" for the customer.
If I have the opportunity, I will recommend ASSVOR Immobilien to friends and will gladly hire them again for my other properties and projects in Düsseldorf.
