Advice and processing was super friendly, simple and fast.
At the handover I was unfortunately a bit disappointed, everything was great from the staff, Mr. Bauer was super friendly and nice, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle, the car was completely scratched from "preparation" and it wasn't really clean either....after I mentioned the scratches, I was offered to bring the car back to Augsburg so that it could be polished, but since I live about 150 km away, I was also told that I could wait there until it was done. 150 km away I was also told that I could wait there until it was done, but since I am familiar with the preparation it was definitely not an option for me because it is not feasible in a few hours and before the paint is damaged even more I had it done by a professional car valet, it cost me 500 eur and I had to do without my car for a few days...

Very nice courteous staff, questions or concerns are answered or the problem is taken care of quickly ....!!!!
Personally, I was previously at another Honda dealer and I have to say " The dealership Sill " is highly recommended !!! From the salesman to service to the workshop everything is top ....Always happy to return!
