I had my new vehicle (bought from you) for the first inspection after 15,000 km. Appointment was everything okay, what irritated me was that I was not allowed to be personally present during the inspection of the vehicle at the acceptance, but I had to wait in the waiting room. This is certainly not yet problematic during the first inspection, since hardly any defects are to be expected. I would appreciate it if they would do this inspection together, which was normal at my previous dealership. With everything else I was very satisfied!
Autohaus Körner never forces things on you that you can do yourself. As an example car wash addition. I have never regretted switching to the car brand Hyundai and am even more pleased that my car is so well looked after here. I have already recommended Autohaus Körner 3 times to my friends. They are also absolutely satisfied.
About 1 year ago, I bought a used car at Autohaus Körner for almost 10,000 €.
According to the used car salesman, the car got a used car check and service shortly before delivery. Well, what can I say. After a very short time I had a water ingress in the trunk in the rain which fortunately has been fixed well so far. Two weeks later there were problems with the steering. On my reference whether before the delivery eie wheel alignment was made, this was affirmed and one installed me a new steering rod, which it was of course not. So I ordered a wheel alignment in my trusted workshop. And lo and behold, the axles were heavily misaligned in all axles. Again a short time later the weather became very hot and turned on the air conditioning, or so I thought. So again to my trusted workshop and lo and behold, the air conditioner was completely empty and the condenser was defective. In my opinion, the car was not checked or serviced at all before delivery, otherwise I would not have had all the problems. So I personally would not recommend this dealership from my experience.
From quality to customer service very good, so that one can recommend you as a customer with a clear conscience.
This is exactly how I imagine a car dealership that is there for the customer even after the car purchase. Keep up the good work.
