At Autohaus Körner, I have never had the feeling that the workshop suggested more repairs and services than were necessary. I've always had this with other garages before! Here they really only do what needs to be done. That's why I'm always happy to come back!

After a recent used car purchase near Hanover, I noticed in Berlin that the Hyundai Ioniq 5 AWD (P45) made a crunching/cracking noise when twisting while driving. Apparently there was a problem with the roof mount of the tailgate. The manufacturer now seems to have issued a TSB (H89291 P660). As of today, the fault has been rectified by the Körner dealership in Berlin. I am very pleased about this. It must not have been that easy. Thanks to the service technician(s) and everyone else at the Körner dealership.

The service advisor's statements regarding the mobility guarantee were incomplete and misleading.
The response of the service assistant Jörn Runge to my inquiries regarding the mobility warranty was clearly incorrect. This became clear to me when I contacted the customer service department at Hyundai Germany. Unfortunately, this was not the first time that his behavior towards me was detrimental to business.

We were even able to take delivery of the car a little earlier than originally agreed. Our vacation was saved. Our used car was accepted in payment.

As long-standing customers, we bought a Hyundai again this year. The salesman Mr. Johne is very nice, answers all our questions. If there are any problems, he takes care of them immediately and endeavors to solve them. Thank you for that.
