The customer service is OK.
Unfortunately, it didn't work at all when the vehicle was handed over. The vehicle had not been reconditioned and the license plate holder was riveted on.
The license plate was subsequently corrected. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for a proper reconditioning.

The second vehicle was not even vacuumed.

The subject of reconditioning doesn't seem to be taken very seriously at Sieber.

Unfortunately, they are saving money in the wrong place.
