I was particularly pleased with the short notice I received, the speed of execution and the adherence to the time agreement, as well as the friendly staff in the workshop and the staff at the service point.
Our vehicle was registered on 17.08.20, unfortunately our old vehicle was only 5 days later
deregistered. We therefore had to pay the insurance for these 5 days for both cars.
This would not have been necessary.

At our contract meeting, we were told that no further costs would be incurred.
However, we had to pay 144, - € for the first inspection. Also a winter to summer tire change would have cost us something extra. It was not communicated to us so, at the conclusion of the contract.
We will probably not make our next car purchase again with you.

Good competent advice, friendly staff, perceived as a customer and welcome, complicated processing with replacement car (you can certainly do better ;-) All in all, gladly again in
Stuttgart East.
Everything went very well, from the conclusion of the contract to delivery. Even the rim locks that were ordered but not installed were delivered within a very short time. That's how every car dealership should be.

I was almost always satisfied, but once , when I had a small accident, I did not get an appointment because everything was booked up because of tire changes. That annoyed me very much.
Recently , when I had to postpone an appointment several times, I was served extremely courteous.
Error could not be found. But the consultant and price are good.
The hotline for appointments is poor. Centralized hotlines do not only have advantages. Calling Esslingen directly is extremely difficult.
