Last year, the brake fluid was changed. The car then lost brake fluid and I only managed to get to another garage by the skin of my teeth.
Accessibility is sometimes very poor or non-existent. Last year, I had to drive there to ask if the car was ready. Nobody answered the phone for hours. No one called back or called on their own initiative.
This year I spent an hour there. I actually just wanted to drop off the car and drive on with the rental car. But I was supposed to speak to the customer advisor first, for whom I had to wait another 30 minutes despite my appointment. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for the rental car. Although it had been ordered in advance, it hadn't arrived yet.
It all takes far too long!
The vouchers for the warranty inspection are almost useless because they don't include any materials and apparently only cover looking at the car. Everything else still has to be paid for. I would have preferred to go to the garage nearby without an extended warranty. But nobody offered this when I bought the car.
More partner garages would also be very helpful here.
