I've been doing face yoga with Claudia's online studio for 2 months now and I'm absolutely thrilled. She is an incredibly competent teacher who explains everything well and gives great instructions for the exercises.

The structure of the studio has helped me to easily integrate face yoga into my everyday life. I've been doing a workout and/or a massage every day without fail since I started two months ago. It was the best present to myself! I originally bought it because I wanted to prevent wrinkles and, as a jaw clencher, I put a lot of strain on my jaw muscles at night and saw that there was material available for this.
And then other content turned out to be particularly valuable for my health. I've had strabismus since birth and the eye training was invaluable for me. And I've just realized what can happen to my health if I don't do face yoga, especially facial massage or jaw relaxation exercises... (hello ISG blockage triggered by the jaw). My physiotherapist has advised me never to break the routine again.
So, plus for beauty and health! Highly recommended!
