Working with Martin Wagner requires courage! The courage it takes to deal with your own issues and confront your own fears. Because Martin has the gift of being able to put his finger in the wound and uncover personal, sometimes very painful, aspects or deficits within a very short time. However, his clarity and directness are accompanied by a very approachable and warm side. This enabled me to get involved in the process, to open up and to trust Martin and his work. One negative aspect is the fact that I didn't get a loving male push earlier on to help me develop personally. Thank you Martin for your impulses and for leaving my comfort zone (also in the emotional area)!

Martin is best described with the following words: tough, direct but very warm.

He gave me constructive feedback on my life situation and encouraged me on my path. In unclear moments, he asked me the right questions and helped me to analyze the issues in order to get back on track with the right measures. In moments when I displayed procrastinating behavior, he didn't hesitate and addressed it directly. I recommend his coaching without reservation and am very grateful for his work.

Martin Wagner helped me a lot in a difficult situation with my partner. I really didn't know what to do next.... He showed me ways and means that I could look at the relationship positively again and set new impulses. Martin is a very good listener, is very attentive to every detail, but also clearly names the things that are wrong. This has all been very, very helpful for me. First of all: very good coaching.

Martin helped me in coaching to untangle two elementary points with which I was not in harmony, to create an awareness of them in the first place and to get to the actual roots. That alone helped me a lot personally.

Together with me, he worked out ways in which I could continue to work on my issues independently and was very responsive to my needs - whether they were of a personal nature or purely organizational.

The price is fair compared to the average price for individual coaching sessions.

The bottom line is that I can absolutely recommend her!

Martin W. Wagner is very present and clear in his appearance, as well as very direct and clear in his communication. He knows exactly how to grasp the issue and offers efficient and comprehensible recommendations for action.
I always felt comfortable talking to him, as he creates a familiar setting and gets to the point quickly and without any long beating around the bush. He manages to make you feel strengthened and empowered rather than vulnerable, even when it comes to intimate topics. Keep up the good work!

Personally, I think Martin is a unique blend of pithy doer and man of heart. Whether it's a tough confrontation or a profound search for meaning, Martin masters the whole gamut. I take away a new perspective from every conversation with him. This is not only due to his diverse interests, but also to his extensive experience with so many biographies and life stories. Speech training with Martin has helped me a lot to finally speak in front of an audience without fear. My voice now sounds freer, intelligibility is much better and I feel confident.
