We came into contact with Ms. Kraft through the mediation of our house construction company. From the first moment we felt it was a successful combination. Ms. Kraft is a reliable and competent consultant who has addressed all our concerns. Always available and responsive. Questions were answered and taken care of immediately. We have had the best experience with Ms. Kraft as a realtor!

Ms. Kraft was recommended to us by acquaintances, as we did not want to handle the sale of our family home ourselves. She determined a realistic purchase price in a short time, created the exposé and handled the complete preparation of the sale, such as the creation of the advertisement, contact with interested parties, viewings, clarification of the creditworthiness of the interested parties (very important!) up to the contact with the notary. During this time she was always in contact with us and informed us at any time about the status of the sales efforts. We can recommend the services of Mrs. Kraft without reservation!
