We were supported by Ms. Gräf in our request.
After the house banks indicated that everything was difficult to implement, we were helped immediately.
There were no delays and we always received immediate feedback.
All problems were solved within 4 weeks, a bank was found and the approval was given.
Even the necessary notary appointment was organized immediately.
We can only make the best recommendations here and will only seek advice and support from this office for further financial transactions.

From the very first contact, we felt understood and had hope that a solution could be found. Our special thanks go to Mr. Karaca, he was always available, everything could be submitted via WhatsApp or email. He always kept us up to date and was always available when questions arose.
Since we had a difficult starting position, everything took a little longer, it was almost 12 weeks from the first contact to the redemption/payment.
What is also very positive is that we continue to be looked after by Besserfinanz.
We can only recommend Besserfinanz and are grateful that we can now look forward to a settled financial future again.
Mr. Karaca has given everything. Thank you very much

We had almost given up hope of a financially easier life. Until we found Besser Finanz online. And yes, they really do exist: people who take their time, where you're not just a number, but professionals who have an absolute idea of what they're doing. The preliminary contact with Mr. Karaca was already great, but what happened next cannot really be described in words. We were assigned Ms. Sandra Gräf as our financial advisor, whose expertise and ambition are unbeatable. Anyone who has this exemplary woman as their support in all financial and personal matters is one thousand percent on the right side. We can only recommend Besser Finanz and above all Ms. Gräf to everyone. Humanly and objectively like an angel, there is nothing better. Thank you very much Ms. Gräf. I have only had very good experiences. My problem was recognized and I was helped very quickly. Appointments and payment were made in the shortest possible time. I was also assured that I would continue to receive support and advice regarding my financing. A very special thanks to Mr.
L. Karaca, who was always there for me as a contact person and was also available outside opening hours and business days. Correspondence was also excellent. Mr. L. Karaca gave me very good advice and support and helped me with appointments and banking matters.
