Mr. Steinherr gives you time to test the different mattresses in peace. If you are not 100% sure at the first appointment which mattress firmness level suits you, you can make another appointment to try it out without any problems.
He takes a lot of time to answer questions and should there be any ambiguities, for example, regarding bed dimensions, he calls directly to the appropriate carpentry to ask.

Almost exactly a year ago, I bought a Zirbenteller slatted frame, a back-friendly latex mattress including latex pillow and a sheep's wool topper from BettZeit Atelier in Gröbenzell because I was suffering from sleep disorders and migraines. Both have not completely gone away, but have gotten better.
Apart from that, I wouldn't want to give up my new bed for anything and now I much prefer to go to sleep than before. It's just soft and comfortable and a rest for that reason alone.

Stephan Steinherr is an absolute professional who has worked out our healthy sleeping needs in great detail. The result is impressive. From waterbed to Relax 2000 natural sleep system - Since then my hands no longer sleep at night and without wobbling when turning over I can finally sleep through the night again. After years of procrastinating, this year I finally decided to buy a complete bed system from Relax 2000 including a natural wood bed and the natural toppers. And now wish I had done it much earlier. Apart from the quality and functionality of the materials, Stephan Steinherr's service was perfect. On time delivery, fast assembly, and also complication-free complaint: bed and bedside cabinets were made of the same, but not the same wood and had different colors. The bed nevertheless remained with me until the delivery of the "right" bed. Sleeping is now a painless pleasure and the day much more awake.

After we already had several beds in which we could not sleep without pain, we looked at the Relax beds in the BettZeit studio and the consultation turned into several hours. I could have slept there for a long time and been advised. The details were too interesting.
Mr. Steinherr took a lot of time and explained the different bed systems.

We were quickly decided and could hardly wait for the delivery.
The delivery took place on the scheduled date and the beds were adjusted. After I needed a height-adjustable headboard due to illness, Mr. Steinherr arranged an exchange with Relax. After only 2 weeks, the slatted frame was exchanged and we sleep relaxed and pain-free in the new bed. Service and goodwill that you can't beat.

A brief word about the Relax2000 bed: the ability to adjust each individual plate in several support levels means that it can be adjusted very precisely. The shoulder lowering is ingenious and can only be achieved by physical lowering. The workmanship is very high quality and well thought out.

I particularly liked the sound sleep advice provided by Mr. Steinherr. You can tell that a real professional is at work here. In addition, he didn't put any sales pressure on me and gave me time to think things over. This convinced me even more of the quality of his products. Since I got the new sleep system and the wonderfully cuddly mattress and comforter, I sleep very well and am totally refreshed the next morning - almost too good to get up.
