Everything was perfect! Mrs. Deinzer has made everything very nice! There was plenty of parking right in front of the door, we spent a lot of time in the fresh air, we got info material beforehand and afterwards. After 3 disappointing extensions in the last 12 years, which were more and more discouraging, this course made up for everything: Very, very great! Every time again exactly there!

First, I spent several weeks learning "Shibashi" through Annette Deinzer's online training platform via the videos and worksheets provided there.
From the beginning I realized that Annette is a very experienced teacher. I really appreciated how she shows and explains every single movement sequence in detail. The associated breathing and thought images are also addressed with the individual movement sequences. From the beginning, I enjoyed the digital training because Annette communicates the figures in a very easy and understandable way.
In addition, I was also able to download worksheets on "Shibashi", which helped me a lot in my understanding. These include "modes of action and indications" of the individual figures, "images and affirmations" and much more! This makes learning a joy.
Fortunately, I was able to perfect my training with Annette with a small series of private lessons. Although I have been practicing and also teaching Qi Gong and TaiChi for 20 years myself, Annette was able to give me many interesting tips and tricks and I am looking forward to seeing her again! I can highly recommend Annette Deinzer and her school to anyone who is interested!
