About four months ago, I decided to hire Denise as my health coach. In the end, the decision was made because Denise disarmed all my reservations with complete confidence and conviction about her concept. Having tried many things at the age of almost 60 and always being brought back down to earth, I no longer believed that this time would be any different. But life always has surprises in store and so did this extremely positive one. The support included a portal with videos in which Denise wittily, charmingly and variedly shows the steps to make your goals a reality. In approximately weekly private meetings, she then addresses the personal situation and has an open ear for all questions. She also offered to communicate constantly via chat messages, which was also very helpful for quick questions. I also want to mention the impressive gut analysis and its informative value, as well as my result: I lost about 18 kg and reached my desired weight. With the new understanding I now have of my body, I am not worried that I might have problems with my weight again in the future. Now that other physical complaints have also decreased, I am doubly convinced that Denise has put me on the right track. All respect and my heartfelt thanks for this, dear Denise!
