I have been a customer of BNI Salzburg Kärnten for 4 years - depending on the region, entrepreneurs get together in local groups (chapters) to support each other in customer acquisition. Getting to know the colleagues, building trust and then opening doors - without complicated paying commissions, trusting that if I give something will come back from another corner.
For me, this fits well. Depending on the trade, you get new customers sooner or later. A plumber can be recommended the next day, a lawyer with a special field after some time. Exotics network beyond their local team (10,000 members in the DACH region in 2022). I am always surprised who does not know whom, be it professionally or privately.
BNI provides the "toolbox". Lots of methods to use (but not have to) to find doors and open them. For me a round thing - however - only wait for the fact that others provide orders and contribute nothing, so it does not work.
