Today I had my Mazda 3 for its 2-year inspection at Auto Koch Marzahn. I received a very friendly welcome and was advised by the service advisor. The car was inspected and a cost proposal was made.
For a new car with just under 18500 km, which gets an oil change and replacement of the brake fluid and service, I find a cost proposal of just under 600 euros very steep. Apart from changing the fluids, the service advisor said that everything was OK with the car.
Of course everything will be more expensive.
The service advisor's reaction that he doesn't make the prices and that VAT is also included doesn't help me either. That's no way to win long-term customers, even beyond the warranty period.
