Extremely helpful. Mr. Bruns manages to explain even complicated issues in a way that a layman can understand. The telephone appointments, which were always arranged quickly, were particularly helpful - this is much more effective than long e-mail correspondence.

The consultation gave me a good overview of the advantages and disadvantages of various private health insurance policies and statutory health insurance.
In several telephone consultations, we discussed the right solution for me. The broker was very supportive both when I signed the contract with the private insurer and when I canceled my statutory insurance.

In preparation for my transfer from public service employment to civil servant status on revocation, I was faced with the need to find private health insurance that met my personal needs. My own attempts to find my way through the maze of offers soon reached their limits.

I was all the happier to have found an insurance broker in Mr. Bruns who filtered out suitable offers for me, presented them in detail and in their entirety and explained the main differences to me. I found his care and patience to be unique. I found a PV and concluded the contract through Mr. Bruns. I am delighted that Mr. Bruns and his team also assured me of comprehensive follow-up support. What I particularly liked about Mr. Bruns and his team was that all team members were informed about my case. No matter who I spoke to when I called, everyone knew about my case. Also, I didn't have to fill out the anonymous risk pre-application myself (like with other insurance brokers), I just sent my benefits information to the team and they told me which diagnoses were relevant.
In the end, when it turned out that private health insurance wasn't the right solution for me after all, I received competent advice from Mr. Bruns without being talked into anything.
My experience was positive all round and I would recommend Mr. Bruns and his team at any time.

I felt very well advised with regard to private health insurance. I never had the feeling that something was being forced on me that I didn't want. If I had any questions, I could contact them by e-mail or phone at any time. The discussion of the offer was also very helpful for the selection and I was never pressured into making a decision until a certain point in time. I was guided through all the new things and was always given a very detailed explanation of what was involved. In the same way, the focus was only ever on the important things and unimportant information that wouldn't have helped in the decision-making process wasn't discussed at length. I always felt that I was in good hands and will continue to be in the future when I need my private health insurance. I can really only recommend it to anyone, as you are really taken by the hand and everything is explained to you and you are taken seriously if you have any questions
