We’ve been working with Fabian Schuster from CAPRI for four years now, and we’re extremely satisfied. Back then, he provided us with excellent guidance as we bought our first property. Now, with the tenant change, he’s used his network to help us secure a significantly higher rent. He even had a great contractor ready right away for the renovation. He’s a consultant who’s always available, even years after the purchase. We’ll definitely buy our next property through him again!

We’ve been working together in the real estate industry for 5 years now, and I can only say: Fabian and his team are absolute pros! Fabian helped me get my start in the real estate world back then, and that’s what kicked it all off. Right from the start, we took on a renovation project that saved me a huge amount in taxes, and it was less work than I expected because their network is so strong! Since then, I’ve built up a portfolio and secured my long-term retirement savings. Sure, interest rates are different today than they were 5 years ago, but my advisor always adapts to the market situation. Real estate still makes perfect sense today, and I can truly recommend working with them to everyone… even if you completely lack the time and knowledge. Thanks to the Capri Team!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience working with Fabian and his team! Thanks to them, I bought my very first property, and the entire process was simply outstanding—whether it was Fabian himself or the back office. They’re always easy to reach; you always get an immediate response and feel completely taken care of. I’m extremely satisfied with the advice I received and have already recommended Capri to my friends. If you’re looking for honest and knowledgeable real estate advisors, this is the place for you. Thanks to the whole team for the fantastic support!

Excellent advice from Fabian Schuster—he’s been helping me with my real estate for almost 10 years. Now my whole family is also working with him. You can’t expect him to do everything for you, but his advice could save you tens of thousands of euros compared to doing it all yourself.

We bought our first property with the support of Capri and we are very happy to have had such professional advice that was interested in a long-term positive relationship. Without it, the experience would have been much more negative. There can always be surprises, then it becomes clear whether you are really in good hands and with Capri Consult you are.

If you want to achieve financial results, you should work with professionals. So if you are looking for real professionals in financial advice, you should contact CAPRI CONSULT GmbH. Here, a needs-oriented investment strategy with long-term prospects of success is developed.

After more than 1.5 years of working together, I can say that these guys know their trade. How did I come to this conclusion?

I recently had my first service meeting with Robin about my investment portfolio. I was more than excited to see how it developed.
As these are individual preferences, you should always be a little cautious with figures. However, an increase of over 10% is a more than clear result.

Once again, I would like to thank you very much for the extraordinary cooperation and look forward to working with you in the coming years!
