Cathy was absolutely amazing and would recommend her to anyone, especially for ex-pats coming from abroad. It can me nerve-racking moving into another country without much knowledge of health care needs. Cathy made the transition for me completely seamless, was always attentive and easily accessible for any questions or needs. I had a medical incident occur outside of Germany and she helped tremendously and took great care for my needs. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Thanks to the independent and sound advice of
Ms. Matz-Townsend, my company is now tailor-made insured. All the necessary changes were taken care of by the broker without any further effort on my part.
What I appreciate most is that I receive quick and competent help when I have questions.
A fire loss last December was handled to my complete satisfaction.

Cathy Matz-Townsend has been customising insurance products for me and my family for over 15 years while living in Germany and other European countries. Cathy is certainly a positive exception in the world of insurance brokers in Europe: wealth of experience, insightful knowledge about the products on the market, reactive in answering (!) and always got the best deal available on the market for our specific needs. I am so lucky to have found Cathy - as an English speaker in Germany, it was really hard to get understandable information about the many different insurances out there. Cathy helped me find the perfect health insurance, tailored for expats, and I have used her services subsequently for all my other needs like pensions and even dog health insurance. On top of that she is super helpful with information and referrals for doctors and whatever else is needed. I cannot recommend her highly enough - if I could, I would give her 6 stars instead of 5!

Cathy has impressed with her range of knowledge, which is far beyond just advising on pension schemes. She always researches thoroughly before giving advice so you know you can trust what she presents is accurate and up to date. She also shows great flexibility, as I have changed my requirements, she has always cone up with a new and more suitable plan to suit my changing needs. Cathy communicates in a timely manner, and explains things clearly to ensure good understanding. I highly recommend Cathy, and will happily continue using her services in the future.

- I approached Cathy during Q3 2020, with my personal goal of getting advice for investment before the end of that year
- Even though I started sharing information with her in October 2020, the contract was signed only in February 2021 and only because I pushed her
- During 2021 she spent several hours only to draft a financial plan and discuss about insurances and she never ever talked about what was my main goal when hiring her services
- Last round I was waiting for information from her since September 2021 and only receive her feedback in January 2022, when I requested the quotation of several products which as March 2022 have not yet arrived.

Take away: Long and expensive waste of time. Avoid her services by all means!
