I particularly liked the fact that the workshop was held in person and online. This allowed real situations to be simulated and direct feedback to be obtained from the participants and Christine, which I found very helpful.

Christine is a very good trainer who motivates her participants to put the content of the seminar into practice by means of individual situations or challenges that arise. Through Christine's feedback and that of the group and the repeated repetition sequence, there were many AHA effects and insights. It's amazing what effects conscious changes in behavior, way of speaking or body language can have. A great seminar that I can recommend to everyone.
Christine quickly understood what was important to our team and designed the content and exercises accordingly. She picked everyone up at their own level, guided us through effective exercises and role plays and at the end everyone was able to finish the workshop with a clear improvement. She is very pleasant to work with and I can highly recommend her.
I really enjoyed the training: Very varied, small group, good trainer, lots of exercises. I will definitely try to integrate what I learned into my everyday business life.
The seminar helped me a lot both personally and professionally. I gained a lot of new insights into the topic of "convincing appearance" and received practical instructions on how I can implement these in the future. Ms. Eschlbeck is an excellent seminar leader who always responded to the wishes and demands of the participants. She is a very good speaker herself and can clearly demonstrate what is important for a convincing appearance. I would recommend the seminar at any time and thank Ms. Eschlbeck for all the food for thought she gave me.
-I identified several aspects of my performance in which I can improve. Without the seminar and the feedback from Christine and the participants I would have never noticed these aspects. The seminar served as "a mirror".
-The strategies lernt can be applied without major difficulty.
-The online strategies were all new for me, and useful.
-Even though all the situations we trained were "real life cases", sometimes they were "too fictive" in the response (the interlocutors had too little idea about the subjects).
-The online session was very useful but too tiring.
The entire seminar was very well structured. There was plenty of time for exercises and questions and requests were dealt with in detail at all times. Thank you again, I have taken away a lot of impressions and suggestions for improvement.
I got a lot of benefit from this seminar and would recommend it to anyone. I would also like to do a refresher in a few years to improve further in this area.
